If you smoked even 1/2 a smoke, you are going to go back to a lot of the crap that hell week was. Please Please Please, put ALL your coping skills back into play because this is a really crucial time for you. See yourself as an addict. Believe it, take responsiblity for it, and CHOOSE to come out free on the other side. I empathize with the disappointment you must feel, but don't dwell on that, dust yourself off and put those coping skills RIGHT BACK IN PLACE. OK?
