Becoming a non-smoker is like taking an eraser and being able to whipe the slate clean of who we are and being given the opportunity to redefine ourselves. We can become who we have always wanted to be. It's like getting a mulligan.
I love the analogy of the applecart. Flip the applecart over and redesign how the apples get put back in.
