If you go back along your tracks since you "packed up", you will find all the little bits of extras you`ve bought sincethe quit.
It`s amazing how many curries I`ve had and pies and pasties etc.
Get a 30 day non withdrawal account;its the only way to save it without spending.

Hi Phil...I'm afraid I can't put my saving in a jar....but I could look at the pretty empty jar (which I did buy but not for savings) while wearing my new winter coat and lying on my new pillows???

Friends, as I wrote elsewhere in this forum, I did save money to buy something I wanted. :)
On the day I hit the milestone of $300, I bought a new digital camera (which I still have trouble to read and understand the users' guide!). My next target: a new mobile phone to replace this old talking brick! :)
Cheers,
nmc

Hi Gang
I just did a post and made a joke about the fact that I have saved over 500 pounds and can's find it.
It occurs to me that it would be a great incentive to keep going to have a jar into which you pop your non smoking savings every day.
Would be great if I had that jar on my desk now!!
What do you tink?
Phil

Phil, that is how I made it to the spa this past weekend. I save up my money for the past 6 months and didn't even use it all. Great idea and then you can save for those big rewards too.
Hugs
