Today my quit meter reached 624 POUNDS saved. I had a quotation from the local council yesterday to instal a dropped kerb at the end of my drive(makes it SO much easier to drive in and out) Quote is 619 pounds.

A Kerb is the edge of the road which is raised 3 inches or so. a dropped kerb is 'dropping' the kerb to road level to make it easeir to drive over!(Onto yourdrive)
