Wow Rusty! I can't believe I never saw this before! This is a great list! I have 2 things to add to it though. #1 - Rewards, Rewards, Rewards!!! Especially in the beginning! They are sooooooo important! Making a list of rewards is also a good exercise when you're craving to keep your mind off of smoking and keep your hands busy! #2 - Find a quit buddy or two. They will save your quit more than once, I guarantee it!

And a wad of weeds rolled in white paper controlling our lives??!! Wow, way to really put it in perspective. They certainly don't seem that powerful or necessary when you think of them as what they really are.
