I hear, you, Phil. Today two great things happened. One was at lunch when I realized I had not even considered a cigarette all day and when I realized that I hadn't it was only because I saw someone else smoking and was glad it wasn't me. The other was I thought I had 4 weeks on my meter but realized I had made it to 5 weeks (tomorrow morning).
So, to your point, there was a week that flew by without me noticing.
Now, if I can only get my happy thoughts back. I still feel mentally run down, somewhat depressed. I think it will pass though. If not, I can always take up crystal meth or something nice and healthy like that.
