Take a long, hot soak in the tub. Instead of doing the laundry, curl up and spend some time with a good book. Rent a movie you really want to see, or take yourself to the movies. Simple things for everyday rewards.
I had planned my one month reward to be a professional foot massage & pedicure (I'm pregnant with my third...and we find out what it is on Jan. 16th), but my hubby had other things in mind. A week after my month was up, he brought home a wall mountable stereo I'd been lusting after for a good long while, and a deluxe edition CD/DVD from my favorite band, which I'd asked for a few weeks back (I'm a very musical person, it's the one thing I would go absolutely bonkers without). It was so very sweet and supportive of him, especially since he isn't quitting.
