Jan, what else could you need :eg: Oh, yes you need some Cherry Blossom :p The journal is a great idea. I do one and it is iteresting to go back and read it. I'am not perfect with but when I do, I keep track of the foods I eat and the calories, I wear a pedometor and keep track of my steps and miles. Then I write a few lines about how I was feeling that day and something that may have special meaning. Allen Carr's book is a good read.
