Barb those 71 one days are all smoke free, no one can take those away from you. Come back. What is going on in head right now is understandable, just come back, please. From past experience the long you stay away the harder it is to get back. So come home :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 10 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 104 Amount Saved: $30 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 9 Mins: 24 Seconds: 11

Barbara, Pick yourself up, brush yourself off and start all over again. Quitting is hell but it is doable. You just keep going. Many stumble along the way. Get rid of the cigs and get back on the quit waggon. There is one thing for sure, Smoking Kills. Period. Well...well...well....hell....hell....hell... I am back to ground zero, 71 and out. Not sure what to say or feel, not sure I am going to think that hard right now to figure it out. Not too sure of anything right now. So........the plan was to quit for good, gain some weight in the mean time probably, then think about losing that. Well, I gained the weight all right, imagine that, and now I am smoking again. Tried banging my head on my desk, all that did was give me a headache. So ..... trying to gather it up and go at it again. Barbara

thank you for the support. i am doing, still smoking, went out and bought a brand new box of patches today. i have not opened the box yet, not sure when i will.....i know it has to be sooner than later. it is like i have this unbelievable tug of will going on. it is pretty dysfunctional actually, a feeling of refusing to let go of this "thing" - like if i finally say NO, i will be missing a part of me. wow, how crazy is that !!!!! barbara
