I think a trenchcoat is more Phil's style, so I wouldn't worry about the speedo! But I just want to say Congratulations for just doing it. Whatever it takes. (sounds like an athletic shoe commercial, doesn't it?) Every quit is as unique as the quitter, so you just keep on doing what you been doing, which is NOPE! With or without NRT, you are a winner for being a quitter!
