When a trigger kicks me, I feel like I am naked out on stage. Bright lights blind me, I desperately try to cover myself, and in my mind's eye, I can see them laughing at me. I shout out to the audience to go easy on me as this is my first time, strutting the cat walk. At this point, I am terrified.
Then I take a deep breath, toss on a smile, and tell myself I love me the best and if they do not like the way I look, then they can kiss my bottom! I remember that feeling of confidence I had when I burned one. I have realized I still have that confidence, I didnt need to burn one to keep it =)
YEP!!! Nothing has changed =) The only thing has changed is I am a non smoker =)
