Scary and comforting all at the same time. My mom is swearing up and down that she doesn't even think of the time she smoked. She quit 16 years ago. I just hope I don't have to wait that long to feel as good as she does.

Wow...truly, I needed to read that again! Explains why I still think of smoking from time to time, even though I don't want to smoke.
