Oh yeh, something else protein bars and drinks and stuff like that are wonderful. It is pricey unfortunately. But a big tin of the powder stuff lasts for ever. Just add milk or water to a couple of spoons of it. I warm it up too, I find I'm calmer eating/drinking warm things. Also, sounds a bit kooky, but baby food, highly recommend that too. It's easy to digest and it's good for you!
