Wow - Silly...you are down 18 lbs since Jan 2nd?? Low carbs must definately work for you. I'm down 10 (I think..) since the end of December so mine is going a little slower...hoping to lose 17 more.

Calories - 1542 (but I think I might cheat and put a banana in the smoothie)
Carbs - 45.3
Fat - 37.9
Protein - 16.7
Went to gym - 35 minutes on treadmill (2/3 running), 15 minutes cross trainer and 10 minutes bike...plus about 15 minutes of weight lifting.
The internet site I go to indicates how many calories I should eat in at day (1200 - 1550) but I don't think it takes exercise into account. I would think that after an hour of cardio, we should be able to eat more calories. If I deducted the 500 calories burned from my intake, I'd be low....what do other people do??
Was kinda bummed - only lost one pound but then again I was thrilled just 4 days ago when I discovered that I hadn't gained after a 4 day binge.

Carb - 53 %
Protein - 19.4 %
Fat - 27.6 %
25 mins - treadmill, 20 mins - cross trainer and 10 mins bike
I also got a one hour personal training session tonight so hopefully I'll be all set for next week....There will be a little less cardio and a little more weights so we'll see how that works.
I bought a scale to weigh food today instead of just guessing (which means I can't cheat anymore)
Congrats missthing on your upcoming wedding!

Yowza - I have been eating out all week and it shows on my calorie count.
Yesterday was okay (I think) - 1377 calories (but way too much fat)
Today was worse - 1726 calories (and I REALLY want my fruit smoothie tonight! - It's not even calculated in)
Even worse...I am going away for the weekend which means no gym work outs and blowing diet yet again (I'll be lucky to maintain)
On a positive note - I did go to a power fitness class in my lunch hour today.
