Okay....this is what I have to learn "JUST SAY NO!!" I went out for lunch today with Supervisor and was a little bit bad (Toasted Club but no fries and no mayo)....figured I could balance it off with a vegetarian supper. Got home and neighbours invited me in for dinner..........it was so good and her pastry is to die for! I had one butter tart...but the other one just kept looking at me....calling my name! I had to eat it!!

Not doing too bad - Yesterday was over 1900 calories but I did do 25 mins cardio plus lots of weights and abs.
Today - 1474 calories (I've already calculated in the rest of the day)
60 mins cardio plus lower body weight training.
Generally, I'm eating more carbs and protein - less fat (Guess it's working) Weigh in tomorrow...

Feeling pretty good...Doing the Happy Dance! My free fitness session seems to have helped trigger a little extra weight loss (By alternating cardio and weights, I keep my heart rate going for the whole session and tada - 147 lbs now...Woooweee!
