Hello Liz, I just passed the 3 and half year mark of not smoking right here on this website, I never really thought I would succeed, Its very hard not to Quit this addiction, without a great possitive attitude, and a strong Motivation, If You can keep those two things very close to You, You too will be a winner,
What really Jump-Started me, was after my first or second week of my quit, I must have had 15 or 20 Reply's saying, Come on John, You can do it, We will do it Together, And Liz, I didn't even know these People on this Website, and they were cheering me on from around this big world of Ours, United States, Canada, Austrailia, France, England, Ireland,
And thats when I said to myself, I can't let these good People down, There in my corner cheering for me, and then I started cheering for them, so We sort of bonded together, I am responding to You today, like they responded to me 3 and 1/2 years, So I would recommend gritting Your teeth, and getting the eye of the tiger, and tell Yourself, ''' IF THEY CAN DO IT, I CAN DO IT,''' liz, these ackes and pains of Quitting this addiction don't last the rest of Your life, If You can hang tough for the next 3 or 4 months, You will have that Tiger by the tail, O'Yeow,
I will leave You with this message, It worked for me, I gave up the addiction of smoking, But I replaced it with the addiction of Excercising every day, walking 3 miles, and eating healthy foods, Do this, and those Cigerettes will be much easier to put out of mind, Good Luck In Your Journey, and don't look back, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
