Hi. I have been where you are; most of us have. What lead up to you making the decision to go buy a pack? Was it a stressful situation, a bad craving? What? 21 days is an awesome accomplishment when it comes to giving up nicotine; so you know that you can do it. When those cravings come, if you want to be free from this addiction, you can not let them control you. You have to DISTRACT yourself, DELAY taking that puff. Come and read here, go for a walk, take a warm bath; do anything but light that next ciggie. Today, don't resign yourself to the fact that you have to smoke all day. You can get right back on your quit. Have a little ceremony, break each cig one by one, drench them with water, bury them in your backyard and say a little prayer...recommit yourself to your quit. It is worth the effort. Hang in there.
