Might offer some inspiration if we post up the good bits we've found about stopping our filthy habit? Here's mine
1. Saving miney. I have money in my purse for FAR longer
2. Breathing better.
3. Actually feeling CALMER (because nicotine is really a stimulant. It cannot calm you, or help you sleep/cope/wake up/cheer up etc.!)
4. Pride. Skippety skip pride in myself.
5. Tasting things.
6. Not afraid to kiss a non-smoking partner. Kissing without worrying I taste vile.
7. Not stinking. Smokers STINK. Yes they do. Even if you just had one, had it outside in a stiff breeze and scooshed on a little perfume - the truth is, you STILL stink of cigs!
8. Once your circulation starts getting back to normal - all your bits (ahem!) get more blood. Which means you (ahem!) feel things better. Which means (ahem, ahem, ahem! lol) orgasms are better!!!!!!!
Number 8 seems reason enough to me. ;)
