Phil is right. In the UK we have just one day (in March I think). When that day arrived (as a smoker), I used to promise that I would smoke MORE than usual. How pathetic is that? I am so proud to be able to say that I'm a non-smoker during the week. I used to be so embarassed when this week came up because I sure didn't ever lay them down for that week or any other week, I just kept right or smoking wheather I was embarassed or not. Come to think about it, I think here in the States we just have one smoke-out day not a week. Anyway I was embarassed. N.O.P.E.
