Hi Marg -
You are doing beautifully!
Make sure and reward yourself - that is sooo important in the quitting process...
Feeling fragile, boy do I know that one... I still feel fragile in this process, friend. And that feeling is indeed a gift - we get to know ourselves on a more intimate level and we also get to learn how to take loving and gentle care of ourselves...
Take a hot, relaxing bath at night and get yourself some sea salts and essential oil (lavender is great for relaxing) and calm your soul and spirit before bed, and you'll sleep like a baby.
Stay close and post often.
Blessings-
Healer
