I also ate a ton of sugar for a couple of months...eventually I stopped! Work was and still is a big issue for me, I actually luv the chaos, I like the madness of juggling lots of different things. I too felt like I couldnt cope at the start and I am still struggling with organising myself. A tip for you - try using a free online planner/organiser - I am using one called backpack, it is fantastic!
It helps you to think less!, remember less etc. Once you add your tasks in you just get on with things. This definately helped me to feel more in control of things.
Overwork created a lot of stress/anxiety for me - still does - but rather than freak out on it I am seeing whether getting more organised can help - if it does great, if not then I move onto another career path - this way I have given it my best shot!
