That is great news, Windy! Sounds like a lot of fun! I have been exercising with a group of women two or three times a week, walk with hubby and my youngest when I don't go to the activity center and at lunch I either walk downtown or do my 'office' yoga. I feel sooo much better. Still haven't noticed any weight loss, though :( Oh well......
So tell us, what exactly does this triathalon involve? I am afraid I am not very up-to-date on these things (I've been 'hanging' with the not-so-active smokers for the past 34 years)!

Windy ~ AWESOME news - you can do it! I find that I challenge myself physically with my work out much more now that I am quit. It's great to see the gym in a whole different way. My gym is at home, so there is no avoiding it.... :o)

Congratulations Windy! You are better than I am. I'm dead after 30 min on a tread mill. You will do great. It's fun being smoke free and enjoying the life we should have always had.
Go get them!
