Rainie....what is actually sad, is that without knowing we become addicted to nicotine and then we allow this addiction to control our thinking and actions.....I am here to tell you that you CAN take back the control. It's a choice....you do it minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day. What at first seems impossible, soon begins to look doable. BELEIVE and then reach out, take hold of it and HANG ON.
