A visitor left me a cigarette

Hi there, If you leave it there an elf will come and smoke it...lol. Don't be afraid, just put water on it and then throw it away. It can not harm you itself. You have the choice to pick it up and smoke it or not. It's always a choice. Good luck.

Good job Tryagain! We are proud! Very creative too. You litterally put the nicodemon to the curb. Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

We sucked it up in the vacuum cleaner and threw it out in the dust bag. How's that for innovation! Wielded as the sword of freedom the vacuum wand smote the nicodemon vanquishing it in one stroke! It left me with a profound sense of freedom. One of my smoking customers. I told them I had quit smoking because of my well-known and advertised cough. He asked if I still wanted a cigarette sometimes. Of course I answered honestly yes. He gave me a cigarette for when it got too bad. I told him I didn't want it. He put the cigarette back in the pack but after he left, I saw that when my back was turned he put it on a table. I cannot touch it. It's still there. I look at it from time to time. I cannot touch it. I'm afraid that if I touch it, even to throw it away, I'll smoke it, and start coughing maybe for the last time. I've asked my husband to throw it away. He can't do it either for the same reasons. So there it sits like an accusing finger. When the day comes that I can throw it away, then I know I've won. OHHHHH try again, get rid of that cig. josie's advice is perfect. get your hubby and do it together! make a significant ceremony out of the crushing! it will be a meaningful event in your quit journeys. and, ask your well-meaning customer to NEVER do that again. blow that cig AWAY! out of your lives..if we don't blow this addiction away; it will eventually blow us away. You are SO right in thinking that when you destroy that cig you will feel the power.....SO GET ON WITH IT!!! A few weeks after quitting I ran onto a perfect cig, hiding behind something on my kitchen counter....I was so frightened of taking hold of that cig.....but I did....I grabbed it and crushed it all in one motion. I felt a surge of control that I couldn't believe....so go ahead and DESTROY that stupid sickarette!!! NOW please....don't leave it laying there to taunt you....and then get yourself a nice, fat reward! try, Blow on it and have it hit the floor, then crush it and step all over it! You both are beating the nicodemon and nothing like a good beating to get your adrenaline running! You beat that cigarette and know that it was never there to help or assist you in anyway! Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
