Hi Sweeteedon,
I'm at 97 days and no longer feel that I'm fighting. Something happened today that helps me to feel I'm over the fighting stage. Outside of a restaurant I was about to enter a woman lit a cigarette and as she exhaled the smoke blew into my face. It would have smelled so very good to me just a few months ago, but not today. I couldn't stand the smell it and that's when I realized I'm really a non-smoker! Like you, I'm very pleased with myself, but I also know I need to pay attention at all times. Never, even for one second, can I afford to forget that I'm addicted to nicotine. I like where I am right now and I want to keep it that way--one day at a time.
I think it's wonderful that you've made it past 100 days! Keep up the good work--you're worht it.
Sunny
