Ok ok.. My personal life quite frankly sucks right now but I need to get a grip and focus. I have great friends, great family members, I'm healthy (and will only get healthier with my smoke free life) and a number of other positive things going for me -- So c'mon JEAN.. get a GRIP and focus focus focus on all things positive.
*just some self talk..bear with me, please*
Yes, my heart has been broken, but my spirit is IN tact and now...
Here I am again after just 3 days away to collect my thoughts, talk myself silly to my great friend Monica and yes I am STILL smoke free !
I also felt so guilted out by a post here that I set my quit meter back a day because I slipped with 2 lousy cigarettes.. Well that one day is now added back to my meter because it helps me, it motivates me and I'm proud of what I've accomplished thus far.
I could go through a list of cliches at this point but hey, it's not worth it -- I'm back here for support and to be supportive.
It's time to start fresh.. It's time to move forward ! Yes there will be tears but that's life, it comes with the territory when going through a bad time and there will always be roadblocks and I/we have to put our best foot forward and get on with life and LIVING :)
I've got a lot of healing to do, but right now I'm focusing and putting all of my energy into my smoke free life ....
Jean
