Sunflower ... don't you give that quit up for anything! You have 105 days ... you know this passes. It sucks having to go through craves after 105 days, I'm sure ... but keep your eye on the prize! Look at all the folks that 365 days ... most of them say that they do not have craves anymore ... thoughts ... yes ... craves ... no. You can do this. Mind over matter. Mind over the nicotine lies. That is all it is ... lies ... but you knew that already ... didn't you? ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 26 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 799 Amount Saved: $104 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 5 Mins: 47 Seconds: 11

Hang in there! I am dreading the 100 day slump. I don't know if its just a psychological thing, since we expect it to come. I try not to think about it...I hope I can pass that stage up! Dear Sunflower I am sorry I did not see this yesterday. HOW ARE YOU TODAY? Sorry the preverbial 100 days hit you. I think it has hit most of us. I wonder why? I have had a few very very very bad moments. Besides SSC, the couple of things that keep me going is NOT wanting to do the 100+ days all over again. Also when I am in that crave mode I try to think of all those things that I have loved about the quit. Let us know how you are doing. Take Kare and Stay Strong. Hey Sunflower- I'm right behind you with the exact same cravings. Like you a cigarette has been the only thing I have thought about in 2-3 days. My quit date is 3/1. I actually started crying today at work when I told a friend how I was feeling. I know it will pass but it feels really horrible. But, I will not quit. I've worked too hard and I would never be able to do this again. Jan

I'm at day 105 (Could turkey quitter) and the cravings for the last couple of days is just AWFUL! I knew that it could happened but I was still very secure in my quitt, I was certain that nothing would make me to start smoking again! And here I am - craving a cigarette like crazy!!!! For the last days my mind has constantly been of cigarettes and how good it should be to have one...Ughhhhh! I don't want to feel this way - I was so happy with my quitt and now it feels like the cravings will never end!!!!!!!! Hi and Thank you for your advice and support! I'm still hangingn there - but it's like starting all over again! My 30-day cravings were bad and this is pretty much the same. I know it will go away and I won't give in, but I am so suprised about the strength of the cravings. Hugs to you all! Sunflower - I don't know if it was the suggestion of the 100 day crave (I call it the 100 day craze) but it hit me like a ton of bricks. It passed - but it was so hard! I know that I would have never pick up a cig but the craving was still there. This is when the bat comes in handy for the nicdemon - he's still lurking around! Just smash him! Yell at him! Tell him he has no control over you...You are owning your quit - you are doing an amazing thing for yourself. You are a strong woman!
