phil, i'm not a girly, but Exercise my main man, you need exercise & fast by the sounds of it. I never thought I would say this........ I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT I checked the scales on Sun pm and I weigh 15 stones ,never in my life have I been over 15.5 stones! My stomach is obscene when viewd side on I look 6 months pregnant!! My clothes are getting tight..... Come on girls you are the experts set me a diet and some targets!!!!
