I'm just checking in. Still haven't bought any cigarettes...or..stolen any..or..borrowed any...or...oh alright..smoked any!!
I've saved over $200.00...which always feels good.
I've been continuing to listen to my non smokers edge hypnosis cd's...which I really think helps when I get agitated. I just, put one in...whatever I feel like I need to work on right then...and...lay down..and...i don't know I feel like I go to sleep..but..I always seem to wake up right before the guy stops talking. So, that's working for me.
