I took the bike out last weekend, had a blast. Normally, one of the things I would do would be to stop on a pretty hillside, park the bike, light up and enjoy the view. Still stopped on the hillside, still enjoyed the view, skipped the smoke.
Kaboom! Another trigger down!
Onemoretime: Keep plugging away, you maybe just run into triggers unconsciously. That's happened to me a couple of times, when I'm all of a sudden in the middle of a nasty crave, and wondering "where the heck did that come from??" Then I think back, and usually I can find a smoking trigger that I wasn't aware of. The more I make them conscious and prepare for how to deal with them, the easier it gets, for me at least.
