Hi guys,
Mini-milestone: Yesterday was one of my weekday days off. I'm home by myself, usually nothing pressing to do, kids at school, partner at work. Ever since I quit, those have been killer days for me, and I've only hung on by the skin on my teeth and staying here and reading all day.
Well, yesterday I went wild. Hopped in the car with the dog, took a ride, went places -- wanted to smoke a couple of times, but not much, more of a passing desire than a crave, and I wasn't even tempted once to pop in a convenience store and buy a pack.
I just have to make sure I don't think that it's so easy that I slip. I am not going to lose this quit, not now. It's the longest I've ever quit in my life. I love it.
