Hi Jean! This is my ---th quit. I lost count. But this time has been very different and the only thing I can account it to, is my attitude. And it has been way easier. Last time I was ranting, raving, letting the anger loose, and it did not help one bit. This time, I am taking it one little step ata time, trying to laugh and working on keeping one thing in my head.
