Good Morning Everybody!! I'm at work, enjoying my coffee, and watching the sky this morning. It looks like more rain....or storm I should say, is moving my way. It's dark and windy outside right now. I have my running shoes on, just in case, and I'm still smoke free. Yee Haw.
Quilt, I started watching what I'm eating yesterday. I watched it all the way to mouth!! ;p I'd lose these 10 extra lbs. if someone would just break my elbows. LOL
No, after seeing that my @ss looks like the back end of Roy Roger's horse, I started really eating healthy yesterday. I just need to get on an exercise program and one that's fun. I can't stand just sitting in the floor while I exercise. That's soooo boring. I want to start taking brisk walks. We could work on this together with all of us doing our preferred form of exercise. What do you guys think?
