Yes, I cried too and I still do at times. But, I AM menopausal now at 46 years old!!! Pfft!!! It's hard to tell what is what.

I cried more easily at the beginning of my quit. It helped to relieve anxiety. I'd exercise. This would help work anxiety out as well. All the change causes anxiety ... even if we are happy about it. Kinda like 'good stress'. Yoga and pilates helped too.

Very common among quitters. It's temporary and it passes! Journalling has helped a few members sort out their emotions and physical activity has helped manage feelings of anger, frustration and anxiety.

I am not a crier and past the menopause thing but I find myself crying alot these days. I find myself crying more when I am angry than at other times. So glad your started this thread it seems like this is normal ;)
