Absolutely Duck! We're so smart now!
I just posted about the way I've been feeling. I'm on the patch and in the last 2 1/2 days have had an upset stomach, opposite of constipation :( and some abdominal cramps. The feedback I got was that it was likely due to all of the poisons being rid of from my system. So I just need to hang in there. Have tried cold turkey years ago and I just can't do it and I can't even try Chantix because my system is just too sensitive to all med's.
Anyway, onward and upward and hopefully with my exercise regiment and drinking lots of water all of this will pass very soon :)
