Oh, where to start. I love taking that really, really deep breath...You know, breathing in more deeply than a person has to just to see if I'll cough or go into a wheezing fit and then, I don't do either. That feels so good. I love singing and hitting notes that I haven't hit in quite a while, my volume is louder again, my voice is clear, and it's fun again. Before, singing was becoming a bummer and real struggle. Of course, I love smelling good, my house smelling good, and all of that.t But here's the doozy...My daughter is 8 weeks pregnant and I soooooo love the fact that she can come over and spend time at my smoke free house. And I sooooo love the fact that my grandbaby won't smell smoke/nicotine in my house, car, on me. There many things are so good about quitting. Oh, I love the fact that my heart no longer flutters like it did before. That stopped right away.
Stay Strong,
Tutti
