I'm in Jean.
I'm also an 04/04/07 quitter. (WHOOOT!)
There have been bumps but the wheels are still on the rails and I'm keeping my nose (more to the point, my lungs) clean.

Yee haaa!!
One more day of kicking ashhhhh...Philip morris...I scoff at you!!!
My brother has graciously set up a butt kit outside on the front porch...I live with my brother...and...well...we do quite well together. He asked me if I wanted him to smoke outside. I said he didn't have to..mostly because I don't want him to get angry with me...I said that..and and he said...he didn't get angry..he got even..I said i didn't want anything to do with his evenness...anyway...I told him it would help me...but..that...it was up to him. But that I noticed that he very rarely smoked in the house when my son was here anyway...my son...hates smoking...with a passion!! And I want to keep it that way!! So my bro set up his can outside...i told him...i'd favorite this site for him...just in case he got a desire to quit at some point...we'll see what happens...for me...one more day feels good.
Thank you to all of you...you're a very positive group of people..just wish there was a chat room...where we could all sort of talk about things in the moment...but for now..this is good...

Hello Phil and congratulations again on your 8 months of being smoke free!
Well yes! Need to be happy in order to keep up a positive attitude in this incredible fight against the nicodemon ! Little CREEP he is !
Yesterday I was feeling very fatigued and today so far not so bad. Had a b*tch of a crave about an hour ago but once again it DID pass and that's made me a little tired - but he's now dust in the wind!
So come on all of you April quitters, join this thread .. Here to help eachother in everyway possible.

Just bumping this for the 'after dinner' crowd.. :)
This ASHKICKER had a very tired day.. BUT! I got a lot of very positive responses regarding drinking more water and juices - due to low blood sugar. So I went to this site and read all about a variety of juices and one that kept coming up was pomegranate juice serving as a great antioxidant. I needed to get out for a walk due to a bad crave and bought myself some of this juice. I had about 6 oz with some ice and it helped immensely!
My walk crushed that damn crave into OBLIVION ! ! ! ! LMAO ! ! !
That's what I did afterwards.. I laughed at it ! HA !
So if there are any people who stopped smoking in April - Feel free to let me know if you 'd like to join the
