Great Job Jean,
Keep telling yourself that any feelings you have from quiting can't kill you..... but the cigarettes can.
Great job... wow.... 24 days.
Just keep going like the energizer bunny.
We all keep going and going and going and going and going.........................
Mercy

[color=Teal]I want .. a want stronger than I've ever felt before to rid myself of the nicotine inside of me has hit me head on ! I tried at 16 days to step down and within 2 days I fell apart emotionally. But now finishing up day 25 I'm feeling much stronger and I stepped down to the 14 mg patch.
The last 2-3 days I've almost felt as though the 21 mg was MAKING me crave - make sense? Anyway, I stepped down yesterday and so far so good. I want the poison out of me once and for all. Maybe I'll feel uncomfortable, moody, crazy at times.. but it'll only last a few days I'm sure.
I'm just feeling really good about being a non smoker and I want to be over and done with the NRT's ! Everyone's quit is unique and I know full well that it's recommended to follow the program but I'm too stubborn..lol.. I'm feeling stronger now than ever before so I'm going for it full steam ahead ! WOOO HOOO !
Now going for a long walk, come back and collect my snacks, water etc and watch the movie "The Queen" :)
