Well 111 days into this new breathing exercise and I went out and did it....I bought a new harley davidson....which is way cool and it is almost paid for by not smoking...and if I start smoking again my wife will kill me before the cigarettes do. Anyway, I have been chewing the nicotine gum and it works really well for me. But, I am getting close to quiting the gum now...to everyone out there, quiting is the hardest thing I think I have ever done...and it is an everyday challenge but, if you just remember all the times when you were smoking and you wished to didn't, it helps with the resolve. You know I always hated having to stop when I road my bike to have a smoke. Now I don't have to stop and the new bike is awesome.
