So today I am stopping the patch. Ive been breaking the rules for a while now. Step1- 2 weeks, step 2 for 1 week and step 3 for 1 week. I was gonna do 1 more week of step 3 but I just wasnt abloe to get to the store. So I left the patch from yesterday on.(my last one) Does it really release anything more after 24 hours? Or am I just pretending here?
