80 days! I couldn't imagine what it would feel like! It feels good!
It's starting to become comfortable, at least in my day to day, go to work go home life. Of course there is still a new situation that will pop up and I will notice "Hey I would have smoked then." But I have also been lucky not to have any major stressful events happen in my life lately. I feel pretty fortunate.
I am looking forward now, to more tomorrows without cigarettes. I am learning how to navigate the world without them, I am learning how to feel my emotions without nicotine as my shield.
I am learning that I can run as fast as a three year old now, but have to keep it up, he is getting bigger!
I am learning that quitting smoking has opened up a big broad window of fresh air into my life!
And smoking is still not an option, and will never be if I can help it! NOPE!
