Unfortunately, the best things in life often are the least appreciated and come at a high price.
On Memorial Day I remember those that gave their lives for their country with great honor and dignity. It is right that they be remembered.

As a Korean War veteran I have heard taps too many times. Thank you Anna for your tribute on this Memorial Day to the men and women who have and are serving their country. I join hands with you and pray for peace on earth.

Today is Memorial Day in the US. A special thank you is going out to all of the men and women who have served our country and other countries as well. You have put your country first, before yourselves, to defend those of us that you don't even know.
There are many countries represented on this website. In the day of hatred and war time, it is awesome that we have all come together to fight our own battle of nicotine addiction, without regard to what nationality we are from.
Lets put our hands together around the world to support our troops (whether we agree with war or not) and remember those that have lost their lives for our freedom.
