Well, regardless of whether you get the Zyban - it sounds like you are ready. Have you gone through the quit program on the left? There are great strategies for how to cope with different triggers and some really helpful things.
One great thing about smokers (for the most part) is we are a very determined lot. Once we harness that commitment and dedication to our quits we are unstoppable. In my opinion, preparation, a positive attitude and the willingness to hang in no matter what comes are the biggest factors in success. A lot of people find that quitting was much easier than they ever imagined.
