Members,
Dreams about blowing your quit can be upsetting but try not to let you down. When you woke up the world was just as it should be... smoke free!
Also try to keep in mind these dreams are temporary and will decrease in frequency as you get comfy in your quit.
Keep persevering!

I haven't had any smoking dreams this quit but last time I had one so real, I woke up and reached for my cigarettes, because I was sure I had blown it. It took me a minute to realize there were no cigarettes, it was just a dream

I understand, I too have had a few smoking dreams.
one i just found myself smoking, with no warning.
Just be glad it was only a dream, and put it out of your mind, and carry on the good work

This was very disturbing dream because this time I was totally a non-smoker in the dream, saying no to the offers one minute and the next minute just lighting one up like I forgot I quit!!!
In the dream I put it out immediately...how could I be so stupid to forget I quit. I hated my breath and felt horrible for having let myself down.
Then I woke up!!! Never happened. Dang dreams!!
