Hi Mama G
I believe it says on each box how long you are supposed to use each patch. Sometimes your doctor or pharmacist may recommend staying on a higher dosage longer...
I remember afew days of adjustment between each step down....but it levelled off..
Good luck with the next phase..

Mama G.
Your pharmacist or physician is the best authority to advise you on this matter. Your course of treatment heavily depend on your age, medical history, what medications you are currently taking and your smoking history.

Hello.
Haven't really posted in awhile on the actual quiting but I'm looking for a few answers and advice...
So I had to stock up on another round of patches yesterday and the package said not to use more than 8 weeks. Should I not go for another round or should I just step down after this. I will have (2)step ones completed by next Saturday.
Or,
Is it saying not to use step one for more than 8 weeks?
So another question. . .
How long have some of you used each step?
Just wondering.
