Deep breathing really helps if you get a bad craving. Deliberate slow deep breaths. Sucking on a straw or coffee stir stix also work. Hang in there you are almost thru the worst of it! :)

OK so I made it past day 1. If I can do that I can do anything.
SO far day 2 seems a little harder than i pictured.
DOes anyone have any good tips to help me through day 2. I can't give in. It's not option.
