As my mother in law says 'slowly slowly'. Everything worth doing takes time and you're doing great - 82 days is no small potatoes. But no matter how far along, and how hard you've worked your butt off, old Nic is a jealous little s*** trying to tug you back into struggle and guilt. Don't forget your dreams are the means in which your subconscious thought comes out and Nic is in there deep, so it's hard to be in control over him when you're asleep. But when you wake up, you're in charge again, so give him a bash across the head, take a deep breath and get moving for the beach!
