We all know you can do it Sam. You are tough and we know you have the strength to get through it. We are proud of you for getting through these past 3 days, and you should give yourself a pat on the back for getting through yesterday, as you said yourself, it was tough. But you did it!!!!!! One crave at a time!!!
What a great morning ! :)
I have 3 days completed - smoke FREE ! And am now into day 4 :)

Good for you Sam. You are stronger than the nicotine demon!!!! It has contolled you for however many years, and it is not controlling you any longer!!!! You are beating it....you are in control of your life now!!!! Btw, did you get my IM and my email?
And I am watching out for bear......my time is coming......and knowing my luck, he will hit me harder with the paddle just because I am Canadian!! lol....... You never know what bears and goats, punching cats and all those other animals will do.....lol..........
