The heavy dragging...yeah, I know what you mean. My son-inlaw, he does that. I find myself wanting to hold my breath, and exhale with great effort along with his exhale. I actually feel sick when I see that. I think it maybe I remeber that is how I felt when I smoked.
Sick...but it never stopped me...hum, nasty habit!!!
Today I am 600 days smoke free...and my son-inlaw hates me. So he thinks, but really, he hates his weakness.
