Hi Jan! we all understand, because there are very few of us who quit once, we have all fallen at one time or another. So we know how it pains you. Keep on trying until you get it right, but regrouping is a good thing, because its not so easy to quit again after a bout of ups and downs, I know I had to wait about six months before I was good and sick of smoking again and then I had the determination to do it, but thats just me, we are all different. It will come, when you are ready it will come, believe that! In the mean time, don't worry about us, we are here for you no matter what. :)
